The only thing hotter than the streets of Manhattan last week was the New York AWS Summit! The event was packed with AWS users and those exploring moving into the cloud. In fact, there were so many users there that they ran out of badges!
The hot topic of the show was definitely security, and our booth was flooded non-stop with cloud adopters looking to protect their infrastructure and their customers’ critical data. Threat Stack’s message of protecting cloud assets via continuous intrusion detection purposefully built for the cloud resonated with attendees, and dozens registered for the Cloud Sight beta on the spot. IT Operations and DevOps teams clearly are recognizing the need to operationlize security, and Cloud Sight’s automated deployment mechanisms (Chef, Puppet) drew praise for accomplishing this task. In summary, the Summit was a great stop on the way to Re:Invent!
You may have missed Summit, but you can still join the beta! Register here to join the beta program and see for yourself how Cloud Sight can provide you with the automated monitoring and security required to protect your infrastructure: https://go.threatstack.com/demo
